If people do not have Microsoft Office / Excel, will your course still be relevant if they perhaps LibreOffice or GoogleSheets ?
The course will be focused on working with any type of spreadsheet; In fact, assignments will be handled through GoogleSheet.
We will most likely find a way to address any of them, there will be no problem with them participating.
