My friend, I apply beetroot on one side adding butter, pepper, and salt, then apply carrot on the other side in the same way. In the other part, I apply a fish or chicken mixture with potatoes. Then I can get the same colorful sandwich with good flavor.
I have never tried with beetroot. But I will try to make it like this. Thank you for your comments.
