Greetings, my dear Steemians. The Internet is the most important tool and well-known resource that almost everyone in the world uses. Additionally, it links to an unlimited number of services, web pages, and websites. The Internet is widely thought to be the fastest method of sending and receiving information.
My main internet activity is participating in the steem platform. In addition, I use YouTube to supplement my knowledge as needed. Because I hate to watch television, I use YouTube to watch my preferred programs. This action allows me to avoid unnecessary advertising while watching teledrama series on YouTube. Like most women around the world, I used YouTube to find cooking recipes. Because online marketing is so popular nowadays, the internet is essential when marketing online. I also access social media platforms such as Facebook, Telegram, and WhatsApp via the internet. Because the internet has made everything so simple these days, I used it to learn new things. I entertained myself by watching movies, cricket matches, and other sports that I enjoy on the internet.
I used to use the internet, probably around the age of 30, while doing office work. Because my office introduced us to the internet, I had no prior knowledge of how to use that tool.
I spend about six hours per day on the internet for my steemit work, and about three hours per day on YouTube, social media, and knowledge base programs.
Yes, I have internet access at home. Both of my children were doing their studies, we need internet access for their educational purposes. As a result, I purchased a Sri Lanka Telecom unlimited online package for my home. In addition, we used the 699 Airtel internet package. However, since my husband and I only use the internet, our telecom internet package is more than sufficient.
I paid Rs. 2728.00 per month for that, which included domestic voice messages, rental, and SLT broadband services. It will be around 43.65 in steem.
This harms young people nowadays because they spend a lot of time playing games, connecting with friends on social media, and exchanging strange pictures. It takes up valuable study and work time for them.
Furthermore, several diseases, such as obesity, back pain, vision issues, and poor posture, have been linked to excessive internet use, including these. It consequently encourages leading an unhealthy lifestyle. The breakdown of family relationships is caused by less interaction with family members. People spend less time interacting with their actual friends, which contributes to the breakdown of social relationships. It became mentally ill as a result of being exposed to cyberbullying. Additionally, it has a disadvantageous effect on the financial losses brought on by cybercrime.
I conduct all of my financial transactions online. All of my bills—electricity, water, internet, and phone recharge—are made possible by the internet. It greatly assists me with all of my expenses. The Internet has been a huge help to me in expanding my knowledge. Since I'm retired, I use the internet for nonstop entertainment. The majority of the time, online shopping and booking are done via the Internet. The internet primarily aids in my ability to maintain constant contact with my son who is abroad. The internet has allowed me to maintain close relationships with my family and friends.

El internet se ha convertido en una herramienta muy esencial para todos ya que nos hace la vida más fácil sin embargo existen sus peligros tras esta red por ejemplo nuestros jóvenes cuando navengan en ella se consiguen con un caudal de información no aptos para su edad por ejemplo la pornografía los padres debemos estar supervisando los contenidos que nuestros hijos observan tras los dispositivos electrónicos el internet tiene sus beneficios pero también sus desventajas hay que darle buenos para podernos beneficiar de él excelente participación que tengas un buen día
