Everyone wants to get support from him, but only those who have the mindset to work hard on this platform deserve support. And those who are not getting support as expected should find out what is lacking in their post through consistency and increase creativity.

1_.What would you do if you were the operator of the steemcurator01 account?

---

It is a great honor and responsibility for me to hold the account of SC01. If I am tasked as the account holder, I will focus on Steem growth the most. Through which Steem will spread all over the world, and new users will work here passionately. This platform is not only for support but also to spread the joy of creating content here.

If I am the account holder, I will try to support new and old users as much as possible. The more users I can motivate through support, they themselves will refer many more new users to join this platform. In this way the spread of Steemit will spread to every country. I will motivate everyone by giving post support to as many users as possible.

2_.What would be your criteria for selecting an author's publication and rewarding it?

According to me, the main criteria for choosing a writer is how creatively and original content the writer is publishing. Moreover, what is the contribution behind his steem growth? Is he just posting for support or is he working on keeping everyone engaged through his creativity and thinking about its future growth out of love for Steem? Moreover, have to see what he has given and contributed to this platform as long as he has been working on this platform.

Maximum support will be given to those who working with various projects and STEEM at a higher level in the future and are continuously working accordingly. For example, I can support those who are holding Club100 consistently. Because they are showing through their club that they have a lot of faith in Steem, they are continuously powering up with love for Steem. In addition to that, there will be special support for those who come up with new creative ideas that have never been on this platform (ex: Steemit Premier League).

3_.What type of content would you dedicate more percentage of vote to it?

Content that will help others learn something new, content that will help create creativity in others, content that will promote STEEM in reality, not just for a day or two, and not stop working on STEEM promotion with a goal. I will use more VP on the contents.

Also, I will use more VP on them that have new ideas, originality and creativity, that show people real life stories and teach other people to help others.

We know cryptocurrency is the future and we got Steem from cryptocurrency so I will use my more VP to promote these related tutorials and educational content. Moreover, I will support the contents of those who work related to various social activities and human support organizations to motivate their work.

4_.How would you ensure that the potential of the curated account is maximized?

---

I will be very careful about my VP. Since my support depends on my VP, I will use it efficiently and strategically to reach maximum users. I will use voting power separately for old new users and those who are contributing on Steem at two times of the day. For example, I will support high qualified posts at one time of the day and wait until the VP heal again, then at another time of the day I will support new users with quality content.

Moreover, I will make a good observation to those who are being supported, whether they are using the support only for their own work, whether they are keeping an eye on the club status. I will give more support to those who keep an eye on club status so that their accounts can grow and later they can support other users with their VP.

This work is very challenging work and it is never possible for a human to do this work alone. I think 4-5 people are required to do this work. In this case, one person will curate the post and the rest will check the quality content and list them for support after healing. In this case, everyone in the team will make different strategies among themselves in advance that what kind of posts they will regularly curate, they should all have the same idea and decision about post curation.

In my opinion revealing the identity in front of everyone will not be a wise decision. In this case, all those who access the SC01 account will remain anonymous. They will try to avoid those who try to influence them for support. They will always think that the future of Steemit depends on their work.

So they will always be in hiding. If they reveal their real identity in front of everyone then all users will try to relate with them individually and get support from them separately. By doing this, the quality of this platform will be undermined and Steemit will become only for specific people.
