SEC S12W6: "The Diary Game (08 October, 2023): Education in our lives"

Every day we learn something from life. While doing the tasks of daily life, we often face obstacles, make mistakes and learn from those mistakes. So I think I am in this learning stage of life where I am constantly learning something while performing various responsibilities every day.

So my day starts with collecting some land documents. Because I have to go to land survey office and correct some issues of my father's land deeds. I never knew anything about land survey before but recently I have learned a lot about it while doing the work of correcting my father's land deeds.

So I reached the land office at 11 am. Going there as per my appointment I went to the land survey officer's room and showed him the important land deeds of my father. He gave me some instructions and told me how to solve my problem.

I enjoyed talking to the land officer. After that I left the room and did some other land deeds related work outside. There I found that many more people like me came to solve their land survey problems.

It was almost 1 pm to complete all my tasks. So I got out of there and sat on a chair outside a shop and I re-read the land deeds as per the instructions of the officer and studied and learned many new things.

Then I went inside the shop and ordered a cup of tea for myself. I was surprised to find that I was able to learn a lot after gathering information about documents that I had difficulty understanding in the morning.

Anyway the tea was pretty good and I was refreshed by one. It is good to say that land office is about 30 minutes drive from my house. So I boarded the bus to return home.

I got on the bus and saw that all the other seats were occupied only the front seat of the bus which was next to the driver was empty. I found a small tree there and sat on the front seat of the bus and enjoyed my entire journey.

It was almost 3 o'clock for me to return home. Then I took a shower and finished my lunch. After that I came to my room and started thinking about today's work and I was happy in my heart because I have been interested to know about land surveying since long time.

Then in the afternoon I opened my laptop and started checking posts because I had a curation schedule. I curated some posts in the morning and completed the rest in the afternoon. I've been doing this curation job for a long time now but every time I feel like I'm learning and getting better.

So this was my day. The best part of this day was the things related to land survey which were completely unknown to me till now but by going to the land office I was able to learn and know a lot.

There is no end to our learning and no shortage of ways to learn. We just have to keep the mindset of learning.
