My worst fishing experience ever despite catching some nice fish...10kms away from the shore!!!

Never in my life I've felt so sick...

Yes my friends, last week I went out with my nephews and friends for a fishing trip on a boat in the deep ocean...about 10kms away from the northern part of Mauritius!

And I fell soooo sickkk!!!

I am smiling and having fun here when getting in the boat for the first 20 minutes...but some time later it was like hell!!!

Worst experience ever!!!

The bad experience started after that we entered the deep blue waters and there were strong winds and waves present!

I started to feel suffocated and minutes later I vomited 3 times in a row...

We went to fish around Gunner's Quoin island - 10kms away from Mauritus!

First time being sick at sea...

I've been fishing in different places since long and I even went out in the deep ocean twice before...but never I have been sick like last week!

I felt like I was going to die there...Only those who has ever been sick offshore will understand what I am saying!!!

It was impossible to eat or drink anything and a big head ache on top of that...all I wanted was to sleep right there or come back home as soon as possible!!!

But as some of us was enjoying the trip, I went to sleep and let the others have fun!

2 others started to feel sick too...

An hour later, while I started to get a little bit better, my 2 other nephews started to feel sick like I was...

It was sleeping time for 3 of us while the others kept fishing despite that they were also not in that great mood!

This is moment when I started to feel sick...

Let me show you the catch...

Ok despite this situation where 3 of us were sick, we did get some nice catch...

I only imagine if we were all well and fishing with the same passion like we always do, we could have caught a lot more!

Below is our last catch on the way back...the biggest fish caught by my nephew Arshaq!

We caught 9 fishes in all...

Quite satisfied with the catch which could have been better...

We caught red snappers mainly and we shared the fishes among us to eat during the week!

Niven, my restaurant's chef caught the most that day!

Will think twice before venturing in deep sea again...

It was such a bad experience (the sick part) that I will definitely think twice before embarking for such fishing activity!

But the fishing and catch was enjoyable though...

Voila my friends, my worst fishing experience so far and I hope to never get this experience again ever in my life nor I wish someone to get it!

I will definitely keep going on to fish, but not in deep ocean like this one for sure!

Anyways, I already went to fish again yesterday from the shore and will write on it some other day!
