Hello fellas, nice to be here. While going through the comments I couldn't help but smile when I saw SC01's comment.

Introduction

There is this satisfaction that comes with being in charge but truth is it comes with a lot of challenges and sacrifice as everyone is looking up to see how good you are or if you are going to be partial or fair to everyone.
With this, I would love to answer the following questions with all sincerity.

What would you do if you were the operator of the steemcurator01 account?

Wow! I love fairness in my judgement and I always want to give credit to whoever earns and worth it.
If I was the operator of the steemcurator01 account, I will be fair, just and sincere.
I respect people with integrity and everyone around me knows I try all my possible best to maintain my integrity. So I'll apply it here if I was in charge of the account.

What would be your criteria for selecting an author's publication and rewarding it?

My criteria for selecting an author's publication for reward include:

• Quality post which include articulation, grammar, spellings, use of punctuation and word counts.
• Plagiarism free.
• Relevant and proper citation.
• Markdowns application.
• Quality pictures.

What type of content would you dedicate more percentage of vote to it?

Every author deserve some percentage of votes as long as it matches my criteria for reward. After all, efforts are put into every kind of content to be published here. If it doesn't suits me, it will definitely suit another person.

How would you ensure that the potential of the curated account is maximized?

It is a known fact that the account is limited to how it can be used as it is not wise to use the voting manner beyond 80%.
Potential of the curated account can be maximized by allowing it to recharged fully to feel it's impact on any account visited as it adds value to it.
We all know that not every article can be voted even though there are several articles dropping in on daily basis.

How many people would operate the account to make it work properly?

As a human, I can't be everywhere at a time and I get tied and stressed too.
So I will allow responsibilities are assigned to others as well to handle the big boss's account.
We have seven(7)days a week and I'll assign two(2) people per day for the days of the week making a total of fourteen (14) people.
Reason for making two people a day is to avoid eventualities.

Would you disclose your identity or prefer anonymity?

No! 😆😆I prefer anonymity.
Being anonymous will help keep everyone in check and make everyone put in effort because as humans, truth is if the SC01 is known, some people will start playing the emotional and pity party stuff to attract from from someone they know or might even contact him privately as sentiment will creep in.
So I vote over again for anonymity.

Conclusion

With that being said, I think I have said all that's in my mind about how I will operate if I was the SC01 here.
