Un desayuno especial/ A special breakfast
Mi desayuno habitual desde hace poco más de un mes es yogur. Es un lácteo, es digestivo y no requiere ningún tipo de preparación, pero...¡hoy me provocó imitar a mi hijo y comer un huevo frito bien aderezado!
Todos los ingredientes aportan su color y nutrientes: 1 huevo, un trozo de cebolla, un trozo de pimentón anaranjado y otro rojo. Sal al gusto y un toque de pimienta, unas gotas de aceite de girasol. Pan o una fajita. Primero va al sartén el picadillo, luego sigue el huevo. Y cuando esté listo, con una paleta lo coloqué sobre la fajita.
¡Un festín de sabores!
My usual breakfast for just over a month is yogurt. It is dairy, it is digestive and does not require any type of preparation, but ... today it caused me to imitate my son and eat a well-seasoned fried egg!
All the ingredients provide their color and nutrients: 1 egg, a piece of onion, a piece of orange paprika and another red one. Salt to taste and a touch of pepper, a few drops of sunflower oil. Bread or a fajita. First the picadillo goes to the pan, then the egg follows. And when it's ready, with a paddle I placed it on top of the fajita.
