GOOGLE I/O Extended 2024 Karachi Event|| IBA University || GDG Kolachi

hope you all are doing well and in good health . Today i attend the GOOGLE I/O Extended 2024 Karachi event at IBA University which was a global invite from all over the karachi . Ind it was an incredible experience. The event brought together tech developers and industry leaders to explore the latest innovations and advancements from Google. From speeches to engaging workshops the day was filled with opportunities to learn and create a network

The Day Begins
The day began early at 6:40 AM following the daily morning routine of getting ready. IBA University was quite a distance from our homes. Thankfully a dear friend picked me up along with two other friends and after a journey filled with challenges, we finally reached the venue. Upon arrival, we made our entry and proceeded to the campus where the volunteers prepared our attendee cards. we headed towards the event building.

Speeches and Workshops
The venue was bustling with attendees from all over Karachi, making it a challenge to find seats. GOOGLE I/O Extended 2024 Karachi Event featured multiple workshops on topics like AI, ML, Kaggle, Figma, Cloud Computing, and more. We decided to attend the full cover event in the auditorium.

Speakers
The auditorium was filled with multiple speakers from various sectors including CEOs and founders of tech companies. They delivered speeches about their journeys businesses and technological advancements in the IT sector. We learned about multiple platforms like Hugo Bank, my co, building ecosystems, Vertex AI , Firebase + SQL ,App Store Optimization , Women in Tech PK, Google Cloud Startup Program, Data Analytics, and Gen AI .Some of the speakers from Southeast Asia, and we were truly overwhelmed by their presence. Their work and technologies were advanced and inspiring. Witnessing their dedication to spreading these innovations in Pakistan was truly admirable.

Campus Visit and Break
During our break, we decided to explore the campus. it was challenging to cover everything in one go but what we did see was well managed and beautiful. the library where the environment was both relaxing and inviting. Everything was well organized . We also visited various buildings, cafes, the canteen, and the sports area. After our tour we were treated to a lunch and a cup of coffee arranged by the GOOGLE I/O Extended event

Closing
Finally, after a long day of sessions, speeches, and workshops, the event was conclud with the final most energetic speech by my favorite speaker, Arbaz Pirwani. Q&A session was held allowing attendees to engage directly with the speakers. The event ended with a closing ceremony where presents were given to the speakers, and thanks were extended to them for their contributions.


the events was too much informtive so offcourse i cant share allthe details in one post but it was my 2nd google evet as a attendee and it was very fun to join it every year .
