Hello hello friends, I hope everyone is well and good. Well today, I decided to make my entry for my favorite contest in recreative steem community, the animal drawing contest.I love this contest so much because it involves drawing and natural things, especially the animals. I was frightened to see this week's theme to be horses because I have never drawn a horse before.
So for the contest I started learning and practicing how to draw it and finally I participated in the contest. I don't know if you like the drawing because of the way it looks but I would like a little appreciation from you.

I loved drawing this beautiful animal and it gave me much joy to finish it. I made the drawing with a plain sheet of paper with the pencil and a pen. Because I was scared of ruining the drawing, I used the pencil first to start the sketch

I used the pencil to draw the whole body of the animal

So after making space for the black shades of the horse, I started to highlight it with the pen.

The pen is what served as the black colors or shadowss that you see in the horse. I chose to draw it that way but I couldn't get a name to give to it. My sister who always helped me with a name wasn't there.
Below is how it looked when I was done highlighting with the pen and painting the shadows

So finally I was finished with all the steps and I stop to see what I have achieved. I didn't think it was perfect but I felt extremely happy for my little achievement.

The horse is a very swift animal and has proved to be useful for battle for many decades. Horses can detect the sound of danger even before a human and that is due to the muscles in the ear.
When a horse is well trained, it can courageously run towards a battle instead of shying away. I have learnt this from a video
The creator of the horse wants us to learn courage from it. This beautiful creation also gives proof of his wisdom and strength.
