SEC - S9W1: Comics Character that identifies me

Hello friends and famz. It's good to be here once again in a new season such as this. I trust you're all keeping well. I want to specially appreciate this prestigious community for coming up with this unique contest. It quite different from others I must say and it seems interesting to me.

Without mincing words, I will like to delve into the topic using the guidelines for the contest. Kindly take a sit and enjoy this awesome ride with me even as I share thoughts with y'all.

Which character do you identify with?

---

I feel connected to "Goku" the reason is not far fetched. The character seems to bring out my true person when it comes to team work. Apparently we all will at some point have reasons to work or embark on a project with people or a team which would comprise of individuals from different background and culture

Having such people already means there will be differences, especially in the area of expression, actions, ideas and many more. If we must achieve our goals, we then need to keep our differences aside and run with a common mind in order to accomplish our goal even as a team.

I just thought we would put our differences aside for once and work together. We owe that to our teammates, family and friends!"

This statement aims to unify us in spite of our diversities. It also portray the fact that people of different background and ideologies can team up to accomplish a task.

A very good example is the community curators team which comprise of users from different backgrounds, culture and country. I speak from experience, I've seen this work.

What are the main characteristics of that character? What makes it special?

I think this character is special because of certain attributes which one can deduce from it iconic phrase. I will be sharing with us what I love about it.

• Tolerance

---

Goku is a character that preaches tolerance. The truth is you can't work with people of different backgrounds without learning to tolerate. They would do somethings that would stir you or even provoke you without they knowing but when you are tolerant you would be able to overlook certain things just for the purpose of achieving specific goals.

• Team Spirit

---

Team spirit is another attribute of the character we are looking at. Goku preaches co-operation and togetherness which I can otherwise call team spirit. Amplifying our differences will actually take us no where when it comes to accomplishing goals and working together.

• Love

---

Finally, we have love. This character seems to project love, I personally feel connected to this. Love according to the Holy scriptures covers multitude of offences and wrongs. We owe every man love and we are to express it irrespective of who the receipient is.

The Love attribute is valid any and everywhere we find ourselves, be it at work, school, religious gathering and what have you. Love makes the world go round.

To sum it up, the iconic phrase of the character Goku projects oneness and love to it audience. What is more soothing than knowing you're accepted by people who doesn't share the same value with you...

What is more interesting to see that you could team up with people of different backgrounds, yet achieve mind blowing goals with them. Goku teaches us to do away with our differences and then look for a common ground where we all can flow and communication easily.

Any organization that encourages this would surely experience progress and increase on every side. It's not magic, it's just the way life works. When people choose to amplify their differences above what they have in common with others, there would be issue and it will slow down things.

Am a preacher of oneneds and love and not of violence. Choosing to focus on our differences will only amplify strife and violence that is why I've chosen Goku who seems to share the same ideology with me.
