Intro

Preparation of idli

first what is idli it is a south indian dish made of rice so it's very plane have not any taste So this is the batter I have made yesterday by sokkimg rice in water for whole day and then granded in mixer and this is how it looks

Process of making idli

Lunch time

So at 2 pm I had my lunch in lunch there was idli as you by reading blog and dosa the dosa and potato sabji is made by my sister because I am not as perfect as here it's is same as idli but we need pan to make dosa and we have to spread batter very thin layer so then it will look thik and become crunchy Take a look today was all South India dish

Before going any further I have gone to fill petrol in my scooty

Temple visit

So today we went to new temple name Dath dham which was very beautiful and the location is in the middle of city I have clicked many pictures here because the location was very good have a look on the picture

Dinner

I have done my dinner at 8.30 pm at it was very delicious and in dinner today was khichdi if you have read my privious blog you know what khichdi is and it was very tasty and some kadi on it kadi is a dish made of curd and some Indian spices so it's very special dish it make any dish delicious because of his flavours
