Today I'm going to start another challenge, by answering questions asked by the RECREATIVE STEEM community as part of the third week of Season 6, what attracts me to this competition is the originality of the idea of "If I am SC01" yes why not this is a legitimate hope for all members, so I will share with you my thoughts and I hope I have a lot of interactions.

What would you do if you were the operator of the steemcurator01 account?

Good question, thanks for asking it, first because of its importance and sensitivity. No one can deny that most users dream of being on this site because having a sc01 account gives them high voting power and they can give the right to vote to whoever they want without action and I can quote what happened recently with the sc07 curation account when it fell into the hands of a user, which will show you that I I see the opposite necessarily, as well as perhaps also because I assumed many responsibilities within the platform that showed me the benefit of using accounts with high voting percentages such as sc05, sc08, and the latest is sc03, which is an account with more than a million SP, so I do not see it as an honor, but on the contrary, a great task and responsibility in choosing The best content and monitoring of users' activity so that we can do justice and not oppress any of them.

Therefore, in the form of my use of the sc01 account, my responsibility will be doubled, and the effort exerted will be more so that I give everyone who deserves his right without courtesy or forgery. Finally, we cannot overlook the great work that the sc01 and sc02 account admins are doing in developing our performance for the benefit of all.

What would be your criteria for selecting an author's publication and rewarding it?

For me, the origin of content creation is ideas, so I always encourage content with creativity and originality, whether presenting an idea, an artistic or literary work, or something that benefits people. in their work and their private lives, because I believe that the people who do this are creative and talented, so it was necessary to support them and preserve what they offer at a time when the banality on the various social media platforms pays off a lot, in my opinion, the attribution of prizes to these creators contributes, if only to a certain percentage, to their durability and gives a balance compared to what we see on instagram and tiktok...

On the other hand, I also appreciate people who are indebted to those who have encouraged them and given them the opportunity to be creative, because they consider the platform on which they write and present the best as their home. and try to preserve it and not harm it by following the strategy of profit sharing between self-interest and public interest, so I strongly support the idea of motivating them with additional prizes since they had temporal interests, they differed for the sake of the platform, which is expressed in loyalty.

What type of content would you dedicate more percentage of vote to it?

In my choice to award the highest percentage, I don't think I will be biased towards any specific type of content or topic as I think it will hurt diversity on the platform, since most users will only be interested than by content with a large profitable return. For this, if I have decided to attribute a large percentage of upvotes, it will be for subjects presented in a literal and authentic way, whether it is text, photo or video. Therefore, we will be properly evaluated the efforts of users who have sacrificed their time and health in order to provide content that adds knowledge to the rest of individuals.

How would you ensure that the potential of the curated account is maximized?

Through my work as a curator for several seasons, I've learned a lot in terms of fully exploiting the capabilities of the curation account, as it's best to split upvote times over multiple periods of the day, so that the percentage of vote always remains high, while not leaving the percentage at 100% for a long time, so we can use the mana directives to vote and maintain manage it well.

Likewise, do not continue to upvote if the percentage falls below 80% and let the account gradually recover its voting power. And in the meantime, it is possible to select and keep certain distinguished publications and wait for the percentage to return to what is above what is required to vote on them.

How many people would operate the account to make it work properly?

As I mentioned before, managing the sc01 account is not an easy thing, as it requires full effort around the clock in order to perform the curation task efficiently.

Therefore, I think it is difficult for one person to complete this task, and I see that it is possible to divide the effort between at least three people, so that their work is balanced and harmonious in terms of timing and vote percentage, and preferably that they live in different parts of the world, east and west, allowing them to work in their normal times, which is easy for our platform which contains multiple nationalities from all over the world.

Would you disclose your identity or prefer anonymity?

It's a secret that I wanted to hide, but it's time to reveal it. Indeed, I am the owner of the sc01 account and I am the one who manages it. For a moment, I think you felt something unnatural, except for joy, fear, or... This thing highlights the importance of remaining anonymous in order to spare the voter side thoughts.

The owner of this account has always been criticized because most users usually see that what they offer is the best without considering his selection criteria, so by revealing his identity there will be many rumors about his ethnic affiliations , religious and cultural, which will affect, as I said, the choices.

Therefore, based on my previous experiences, I think it's better not to reveal my identity if I'm the owner of the account for several reasons, the most important of which is to take the pressure off me in terms of choice, since I'm confident in the work I am doing and my conscience is at ease, which guarantees me to keep the same distance with all the members, what brings us together is the high quality work and content.
