The Steemcurator01 account is the most well-known account on Steemit, and as it stands, the operator of the account is working very hard and supporting everyone. What would be your criteria for selecting an author's publication and rewarding it?

My criteria for selecting an author's publication and rewarding it would be based on the originality of the post. As long as the author's post is original, I will reward the author. And also to make things easy for me, I will be rewarding authors whose posts have been reviewed and graded by community administrators or moderators.

Other criteria are as follows:

• Club status
• An author who is constantly supporting others via upvotes or comments.
• A post that educates other authors

The types of content that I will dedicate a higher percentage of my vote to are:

• Health Content
• Content about Diary Games
• Content that promotes this great platform, Steemit,
• Tutorial content

How would you ensure that the potential of the curated account is maximized?

I will ensure that I check the voting maina (power) on steemworld.org after voting for like 15 to 20 authors to see if the voting power has gone below 80%. What I will be doing is ensuring that the voting power doesn't go below 80%.

Two people would operate the account and make it work properly. With two people operating the account, it would work properly because when one person is tired or has work for today, the next person would continue the next day. They'll be very efficient in discharging their duties.

No, I would not disclose my identity to anyone; instead, I would prefer to remain anonymous rather than disclosing my identity. Just the steemcurator01 account is currently handled, and none of us know the person who is controlling the account. That is exactly what I would do if I were the operator of the steemcurator01 account.
