Steemit Engagement Challenge S4-W3: "Three goals that I met and three that I want to achieve."

Everyone has goals to be achieved, both short-term and long-term goals, so making a goal plan is not as easy as realizing it, here it takes self-integrity and consistency in achieving each goal that has been systematically arranged.

I am interested in participating in the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 4 Week 3 organized by Recreative Steem Community because it involves real activities that are carried out and planned.

Throughout 2022 I have made a list of plans and not all of them have been achieved. only 80& the plan was realized, while 20% failed. The 3 goals that have been achieved are:

In the midst of the limitations of the global economy, financial factors become the first order of problems for everyone with a standard income, for example me. The year 2022 is a difficult year for me, considering that the COVID-19 pandemic has greatly affected people's incomes and could reduce purchasing power for secondary products.
As a health worker with a limited salary paid by the government, I have to run other business sectors to encourage the family's economic growth and I have had a used car buying and selling business that I started in 2007. But with the current condition, the sales rate has decreased drastically and this has implications for the rewards that I get on the steemit platform.
This is not an alternative that is expected when the economic conditions are down and I cash out Steem and Steem Dollars to meet essential needs, I am able to manage it well so that I can continue to maintain 0 Cash out status for almost 1 year.

The next success was being selected as the Community Curation Team since the community curation program was released on the steemit blog until now, not everyone wants the position of the community curation team for various reasons, but for me being the community curation team as a form of consistency in supporting the steemit team program, I continue to strive to be a part of every program run by the Steemit Team.
Being a Country Representative became my starting point to participate in the Steemit Blog program, this role is expected to encourage the growth of the quantity and quality of users to continue to encourage positive growth within the framework of Steemit Indonesia, I was previously a Greeter Helper, but along with the downsizing of the greeter I had to stop running functions and duties as a welcoming assistant.

I am comfortable with my current position, working as a covid-19 health team for the last 2 years and until now, I have committed to continue to be here when the status of the covid-19 pandemic has not been revoked and replaced by its status as endemic. The long journey as a Vaccination Team was tiring, so I had to be able to work professionally on a full time basis.
Several times I was given recommendations for promotion to the next level in other fields at the Health Service, but I am more comfortable here, being the spearhead of handling health crises in the First Level Health Service Unit.
Based on commitment and integrity as well as work professionalism, I am still here to serve vaccinations for the community with a total of 22,250 people.

The three achievements that I have obtained cannot be separated from the factors of commitment, integrity and professionalism in carrying out and realizing the initial goals, I may fail to achieve all of them if the conditions that occur lead to me, but I must be able to manage the conditions by continuing to stick to the initial principles when starting to plan. goals and writing them down as an important part of my life.

Do I get it easily? the answer is no, what is considered easy in the perspective of some people, turns out to be more difficult if we live it. This is an important teaching for me and continues to apply in all aspects of life.

1. Continuing Specialist Education Program

   Education is an important element for the progress of a country, as a citizen I am obliged to support the development and progress of the country through the education sector. Specialist education is the runway for me to be able to realize my dream so that it can be implemented in the community later.
   To realize this goal, I continue to improve my academic potential so that I graduate from an education scholarship abroad through a very competitive selection.

2. Having an Ideal Home

   The ideal house is everyone's dream, but it takes good financial management to make it happen, especially the current economic conditions require extra work to make it happen. To make it happen, I have worked around this by doing good financial management, meaning that every business I run, I allocate the profits into property assets such as garden land or other assets in the form of gold.
   This will be able to accelerate the realization of my dreams and my family's, besides that I am also active in trading on the external market, 60% of my profit is frozen in the form of BTC and USDT so that it can help the need for the realization of a dream small house.

3. Continue to exist on the Steemit Platform

   I have been a part of the platform since November 2016, 1 year later quit due to focus on education and work, then returned in early March 2021. It became a huge failure when I quit many years. Now and in the future I will change everything for the better, especially now as an Admin at Steem For BetterLife Community who continues to voice the integrity and loyalty of the community to continue to exist on the platform.
   I continue to do it even though I am currently busy in the real world which is unstoppable by working full time, and it is hoped that this determination can continue to be positive energy to continue to develop myself and develop the community indefinitely.

Failure starts from myself, this is a reference from my experience, all the things that make me doubt will actually make me fail, but on the other hand belief through maximum effort and prayer can turn everything into reality.

I have gone through many phases of failure and it made me understand the meaning of self-confidence that I will be able to do well if I really do it, throw away all complaints and keep trying to improve my potential to be better than the previous days.

This is not an easy job, but this is the starting point for realizing dreams. Start with a dream, dare to do it and end with dancing.
