Oh, this is a warm story, I can almost feel the warmth of that charcoal fire that they put this dough on.
I like it because it has history not only of the country but of your childhood. I'm sure that when you butter the bread it's delicious, to lick your fingers.

It is super yummy!
Sometimes we place the dough in a cast iron pot on top of the grill with also some coals on the lid. Instead of small roosterkoeke you now have a big "potbrood" as we call it.
It is just as yummy!
