We feel well paid to receive so much affection from our more than 665 subscribers so far. You are the raison d'être of our work, feel free to continue suggesting alternatives to recreate and grow as a community.

Statement of Purpose

As a principle, we will say that we are a warm and at the same time entertaining community that mixes several of the well-known recreational activities: gastronomy, plastic arts, music, adventure, photography, writing and free thought. We exist on the #steemit platform as a response team to the great gala of publications that our fellow steemians present to us every day, and that many times remain in the air, without a sobering comment or observation that motivates them to move on. At the same time, if as a community account we receive support from the @steemitblog team, we will be a bridge to show and support such splendid productions with curation.
Como principio, diremos que somos una comunidad cálida y a la vez entretenida que entremezcla varias de las acciones recreativas conocidas: gastronomía, artes plásticas, música, aventura, fotografía, escritura y libre pensamiento. Existimos en la plataforma #steemit como equipo de respuesta a las tan grandiosa gala de publicaciones que cada día nuestros compañeros steemians nos presentan, y que muchas veces quedan en el aire, sin un comentario u observación aleccionadora que les motive a seguir adelante. A la vez, si como cuenta comunitaria llegásemos a recibir un apoyo por parte del equipo @steemitblog, seremos un puente para mostrar y apoyar con curación a tan espléndidas producciones.

We have an interdisciplinary team very capable and willing to carry out the response work required in any community, led by our Country Representative and at the same time founder @graceleon. Each moderator is in charge of attending the community account one day a week, in the specific area of their knowledge. This in turn has the responsibility of rendering public reports when each official post expires (every 7 days), either giving awards if it is a contest, among others.
Contamos con una equipo interdisciplinario muy capaz y dispuesto a realizar la labor de respuesta requerida en toda comunidad, encabezado por nuestra Country Representative y a a la vez fundadora @graceleon. Cada moderador es encargado de atender un día a la semana la cuenta comunitaria, en el área específica de sus saberes. Este a su vez tiene la responsabilidad de rendir informes públicos cuando cada post oficial caduca (cada 7 días), ya sea dando premiaciones si es un concurso, entre otros.

The community work team is committed to seeing the curator's account grow, for which they support with their tireless work and significant contributions in quality and also in resources. We are all committed to making delegations to @ hive-141434 in order to make it strong and self-sustaining.
El equipo de trabajo de la comunidad tiene un compromiso de ver crecer a la cuenta curadora, por lo cual apoya con su trabajo incansable y aportes significativos en calidad y también en recursos. Likewise, with responsibilities come benefits. Each moderator, in their corresponding area, will receive an allocation of 25% of the profits of the initiative that they publish in the community. Another 25% will be used to support the awards of each contest, and finally, 50% of each reward will go to the Steem Power of our community account. In this way, we would all be growing. We have really decided this month to invest all the payments in powering up and increasing the steem power of the community account.
Del mismo modo, con las responsabilidades vienen los beneficios. Cada moderador, en su área correspondiente, recibirá una asignación del 25 % de las ganancias de la iniciativa que publique en la comunidad. Otro 25 % será destinado a sustentar las premiaciones de cada concurso, y finalmente, el 50 % de cada recompensa irá al Steem Power de nuestra cuenta comunitaria. It is worth noting that in these 20 days of August the account @hive-141434 has only received curatorship by @steemcurator01 in one (1) single publication. We must be honest and say that we expected more support to the community account in order to reach the proposed growth goals. We have had to resort to curation of 3 posts per week by booming accounts to support some contests. But we have been hurt by not receiving more support.
It is worth saying that we are a very new community, created in Argentina by users in Argentina and has stimulated the growth of steemians here and in countries like Venezuela, India, Bangladesh, Philippines, Chile, Nigeria, among others. But we have focused on serving users in Argentina.
If you look closely, it is a very organized community, with good traffic of exclusive and impeccable publications, a community that has grown with the love and trust of the users and because of the talent of the team we have gained the respect of users from many parts of the world and especially from users in Argentina.
Cabe destacar que en estos 20 días del mes de agosto la cuenta @hive-141434 sólo ha recibido curaduría por parte de @steemcurator01 en una (1) sola publicación. Debemos ser honestos y decir que esperábamos mayor apoyo a la cuenta comunitaria para que alcanzáramos las metas de crecimiento propuestas. Hemos tenido que recurrir a la curación de 3 post semanales por parte de las cuentas en auge para apoyar algunos concursos. Pero nos ha afectado no haber recibido un mayor apoyo. Vale decir que somos una comunidad muy nueva, creada en Argentina por usuarios en Argentina y ha estimulado el crecimiento de los steemians aquí y en los países como Venezuela, India, Bangladesh, Filipinas, Chile, Nigeria, entre otros. Pero nos hemos enfocado en servir a los usuarios de Argentina. Si observan con atención, es una comunidad muy organizada, con buen tráfico de publicaciones todas exclusivas e impecables, una comunidad que ha crecido con el cariño y la confianza de los usuarios y por el talento del equipo hemos ganado el respeto de los usuarios de muchas partes del mundo y en especial de los usuarios en Argentina.

Because @graceleon is a CR and greeters, we are trained to detect and combat plagiarism at the root. We do a thorough job and when a suspicious event is generated immediately proceed to report the case to @endingplagiarism @endplagiarism4 to take action on the matter at the level of admistracion of the blockchain; in addition to a label is placed to the plagiarizing user: plagiarism, the verified membership is withdrawn in case you are a member. Other community administrators where the user is plagiarizing are warned as this is a job we must do together, as it is a top priority to take care of our blockchain by ensuring brain testing and exclusivity for steemit. It is hard work, a lot of sapience and instinct, but we are a very united community with skills to carry the process with discipline and cleanliness.

We understand that every user comes to the steemit green blockchain looking for money and a space to express themselves freely doing what they love. But in the process we instruct them that they must train themselves to achieve excellence. We motivate them to achieve the Newcomers achievements, being the first verified newcomers achievement a prerequisite to belong to the community membership. Present and future plans:
We plan to continue growing as long as we can, because our most fervent desire as a team is to be able to serve others with the profits we generate as a team. Currently @graceleon has a ministry dedicated to children called "Fiesta en la calle"; through which it serves children by bringing joy, games, teaching values and ethical principles to children in neighborhoods, towns and villages. It is an international ministry that is self-financed with its own steemit earnings and for now the outreach coverage is very limited. But we desire as a team to establish this missionary project dedicated to the children of the most vulnerable places in Argentina and the world. Since it is a ministry that was founded in Venezuela and has traveled with @graceleon through many towns, villages, neighborhoods and streets of the world.

Planes presentes y futuros:
Planeamos seguir creciendo en tanto podamos, pues nuestro anhelo más ferviente como equipo es poder servir al prójimo con las ganancias que vayamos generando como equipo. Actualmente @graceleon tiene un ministerio dedicado a la niñez llamado "Fiesta en la calle"; mediante el cual sirve a la niñez llevándoles alegría, juegos, enseñanza de valores y principios éticos a los niños de los barrios, pueblos y aldeas. Es un ministerio internacional que es autofinanciado con sus ganancias propias de steemit y por ahora la cobertura de alcance es muy limitada. Pero deseamos como equipo establecer este proyecto misionero dedicado a la niñez de los lugares más vulnerables de Argentina y el mundo. Ya que es un ministerio que se fundó en Venezuela y ha viajado con @graceleon por muchos pueblos, aldeas, barrios y calles del mundo.

What to say about Recreative Steem ... everything! It is a great community with wonderful, lovely people, who always create good, educational and recreational content for each one us. The team provides support and help at time, they are very very organized, and are always active with the best contests where you can activate your skills. You stay tune every time, reading everyone, cuz there's always something new, a new initiative and it's a community where you feel safe to express yourself. Where respect exists.
It's a community where many come as I see everyday, and the program is important for everyone who enjoys to be part of Recreative Steem and for the community in general, not only because of what this support means to have a better life with this social media but also because it will allow us to continue to have the resources to bring the best content to the platform.
