Hey everyone
I am sharing my story today hoping to shed light on a big problem child labor. When I was 12 I lived in Pakistan and I had to work at a burger shop just to pay for school. It wasn't easy. But I am here now and I want to talk about why child labor is so wrong and what we Can do to stop it.
What is Child Slavery and Its Manifestations?
Child slavery is when kids like me are forced to work instead of going to school or playing like they should. Its not just working a job its working in terrible conditions without getting paid enough or even being hurt. In Pakistan I saw kid my age working in factories farms and even in peoples homes doing hard and sometimes dangerous jobs.
Impact of Forced Labor on Children Lives
Working as a kid was tough. I missed out on a lot of things other kids were doing like playing with friends or just having fun. But it was more than just missing out. Workings all the time made me tired and stressed. I did not have time to focus on my studies or thinks about what I want to do in the future. It felt like my dreams were slipping away.
Strategies to Eradicate Forced Child Labor
Stopping child labor is not easy but there are things we can do. First we need laws that protect kids and make sure they can go to school instead of working. But its not just about having laws we need to make sure they are followed. That means making sure businesses aren't hiring kids and if they are holding them accountable.
Another important thing is giving familie support so they don not have to rely on their kids to work. This coulds mean helping parents find better jobs or giving them financial assistance. And of course we needs to make sure there are good school for kids to go to. Educations is key to breaking the cycle of poverty and exploitation.
Importance of Freedom for Children Development
Kids deserve to be kid. We should have the freedom to play learn and dream about our futures. When we are stuck working all the time we miss out on so much. But its not just about missing out its about being safe and happy. No child should have to sacrifice their childhood just to survive.

Forces labour on a child is not good as it might have a lot of psychological effect on them whether now or in the future. Why it is not good because they will be forced to pass through a lot of pains and suffering they should not have been exposed to not only that but also some mental stress that they might not be able to handle at the young age which mind are the longer time affect their future, affect the way they see things, affect the way they think and in turn affect who they later becoming the future.
And that is why you must all work together in making sure that we save the future of those innocent children before it becomes too late. A lot of innocent children really pass into a lot in some part of the world and even our society which they should not and the most unfortunate thing is the government are not really doing anything about it not only the government board also even depends on those children seems to be in support of making sure that their children pass through some labor due to some reasons.
If I really mentioned a very vital point and I wish everyone of using the society can see it from the perspective you are seeing it and make sure that we all contribute our little effort in enforcing change to this practice that is destroying the lives of our children and not only destroying their life but also in destroying the country also. He said an important thing. It's not easy but we have some responsibilities in terms of government law and as parents like us. If it can be solved according to the law of the land, then it is better. Otherwise we have to solve it ourselves.

You have made good points on how we can protect the children. On my own side I think those in charge of child's right should take more measures to make sure every child is protected.

Hello @hamzayousafzai hope you are having a good day.It's tough and stops us from being kids. Pur country Pakistan need laws to protect us and families need help too so kids don't have to work. Education is key to breaking the cycle of poverty.

Well said that kids should be treated like kids, infact every age has got its own beauty and every age should be enjoyed to the fullest. Otherwise one is supposed to develop psychological issues.
