Steemit Engagement Challenge - S9W6: "My Biggest Challenge"

Hello steemit friends wherever you are, how are you all? This time I'm back to participate in the Steemit Engagement Challenge - S9W6 contest with the theme "My Biggest Challenge" on the Recreative Steem community.

Everyone in my opinion must have their own challenges in living everyday life. Challenges and obstacles to achieving a goal, both in the family, the surrounding environment and challenges at work. To achieve a success according to the expectations we want is not an easy thing to go through. There will definitely be many obstacles that must be faced in order to achieve the expected goals.

Basically, every life we ​​live has its own challenges that are different from one another because we have our own responsibilities and duties. When we get new things or get new assignments and responsibilities, it also becomes a big challenge. Challenge is something that inspires determination to improve ability to solve problems. It means something that makes us more determined to do something to get the best results.

It is very natural that in living life we ​​will be faced with challenges and obstacles. Those challenges make us more motivated to be able to overcome all obstacles. As an ordinary human being I also face many challenges both in building a family and in work. I faced a big challenge when God gave me the opportunity to settle down with a girl of my own choice. At that time I still had no experience at all so I had a lot to learn in building a household.

But Alhamdulillah, even though there are many obstacles and problems that we face in our household, we can face all challenges and we solve them well. So that until now, for more than nineteen years, our family is still protected by Allah SWT from things that are not good. I also face challenges that are not light in work matters. As a civil servant assigned to a high school in the outskirts of Lhokseumawe City, I am challenged to educate and teach students with different backgrounds.

Some of the challenges faced include how can I bring students to improve morals and character. I also have challenges so that students achieve their goals and are able to enter the college they dream of. Not to mention that I have to be able to build good relationships and internal communication with fellow teachers at school and community leaders as well as government elements involved in education.

Besides that, I also had to be able to work optimally amid the limited infrastructure facilities at the school at that time, which were all lacking. While we are highly demanded how to provide the best service for students. With these various challenges I try to improve it slowly and work with enthusiasm and responsibility to serve students.

From my experience in facing various challenges in the school environment, especially in the classroom, I suggest that we all have to try and work smartly and with sincerity. Work with patience, whatever our profession, challenges and tests we will definitely face.
