INCLUSION: Equality for All

in RECREATIVE STEEMlast year (edited)
Thank you, @graceleon! I am delighted to be part of a topic that is close to my heart. I am an advocate of equality, or what you have put here as inclusion. I work in the corporate world, where discrimination at every level is intolerable. So here is how I feel about inclusion.

Equality refers to the condition of a society in which all people have equal rights or status. The law says that everyone has equal rights. Inclusion means security, the right to vote, freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, the right to property, equal access to social goods and services, etc.

Inclusion means social, health, economic equality, and other social security, equal opportunities, and equal responsibilities. Inclusion can be defined as a state of relationship between two or more people or groups. First, there are natural inequalities, like those between a disabled person and a normal person. This is natural, but some inequalities are artificially created by society, including caste, rich-poor, laborer, capitalist, etc.

𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝚐𝚎𝚗𝚍𝚎𝚛

A person who doesn't belong to any of the two established genders, namely man or woman. or the one who is not born or does not see themselves as male or female. They find it difficult to fill out the application form when asked about their gender.". I know a number of countries have already removed such formalities from their documents.

The people from other countries settled in a rich country or rejection based on their financial position

Fortunately, I live and work in two countries, India and Australia, where these two words have no meaning. All are equal before the law as long as they are eligible for a particular right. Other than these, the law treats everyone equally. That is to say, the right to equality has been granted at every level of the law. So I see no xenophobia or aporophobia as such.

Legal equality means equality before the law and equal protection of the law for all. Whether a person is wise or not so wise. Belongs to any caste or creed, short or tall, rich or poor. The law does not care about his looks, color, height, where he comes from, or economic status.

Inclusion means that all people have equal rights without discrimination and are eligible for all public facilities. We have no right to act against anyone, even if they belong to a nonbinary section.

The concept of inclusion based on economic and social terms means differently to different people. Everyone has the right to choose his business and profession and a person has the freedom to do what they like.

Social equality means no discrimination based on skin color, gender, caste, sexual orientation, etc. We don't want any discrimination in our social institutions. Everyone should know the values of sharing and caring. People should understand their responsibility towards society.

We have certain misconceptions about inclusion. It simply means that all men are born equal and have equal rights. We must know the value of rights and accept the meaning of inclusion. As all men are born equal, they have the same rights as they deserve based on their capacity.

Human beings might have physical differences, and in some cases, there is a difference in their intelligence quotient. Some people are more intelligent than others. We admit that some people earn more, but otherwise, all people should be treated equally.

Nature has created all people equal. Equality means that equal opportunities are available to every able-bodied person. Non-discrimination against any person or class of persons on the basis of religion, caste, race, color, region, or sex is the essence of the positive side of equality. Equality means that there are no special rights for any class or category.

"The principle of inclusion means that the facilities that I enjoy in the form of rights are available to others as well, and the rights that are given to others are available to me.

Absence of privilege on grounds of birth, religion, race, color, sex, etc. Attainment of equal rights for all people without any discrimination. The availability of qualified and equal opportunities for all individuals to develop their best and meet their basic needs.

The principle of equality demands that rights be provided equally to all. Giving special rights to any class of people, depriving any class of rights, or discriminating in granting rights on the basis of religion, caste, race, gender, etc. is a violation of the principle of equality.

Any qualification can be fixed for equality of opportunities, but arranging opportunities on the basis of religion, caste, gender, race, region, color, and socio-economic status, or depriving any category of opportunities violates the principle of equality.

The principle of equality also demands that, along with the availability of general opportunities, efforts be made to ensure that the basic needs of all individuals are met. Generally, bread, cloth, and housing are the basic needs of human beings. But we should make sure, there is no discrimination

You have made a very complete exposition of your point of view with respect to inclusion that does not require additional comments. It is good that in India and Australia everyone is equal before the law, I like that.

I perfectly understand @graceleon that many countries, especially in the third world, suffer from discrimination in various fields or are unable to provide jobs, food, or even equal rights based on their citizens' gender, social and other reasons. But we need to address these issues on a priority basis. Thanks for your kind visit and your views on this topic.

Thank you for the invitation, Dev! This is a big topic. I hope to be able to participate in the remaining time.

Thanks for you kind words, I know this topic Is close to your heart. I will soon come and check your post. I was busy with my papers and then did a few long posts meanwhile.

I understand your point and I know it happens in many countries and people are suffering due to discrimination. I am not saying the world has gotten rid of all such things or is not biased against a couple of civilizations but our aim should be to end it all.

Heres a free vote on behalf of @se-witness.
