It is said that humor has a different importance in life. The way of living life is different for every living being, and every human being is connected to each other through a smile.

This smile is a natural human tendency that allows two strangers to approach each other. Even if we don’t understand someone’s language, the language of laughter and smiles is universal.

Humor is important in stressful situations, because it inspires us to ignore the adverse circumstances, be happy, and live peacefully.

Underestimating the problems and living the small joys of life to the fullest is a sign of good health. Laughter and smiling are effective stress relievers, but today’s decline in laughter is due to a hectic lifestyle and routine in a stressful life environment where people are deprived of adequate sleep and a relaxed lifestyle.

But the fact is, it is easy to laugh, and if one can laugh and enjoy the humor, it helps erase stress and burdens in life.

What I feel is that people today have so much work that if they don’t find a way to get rid of it by using different methods, what’s better than humor? I listen to stand-up comedies on YouTube videos and other online media to instantly relieve my stress.

Presently, most people are suffering from stress and insomnia. These symptoms later turn into diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes, and acidity. So, if one wants to be healthy, the cure is to keep laughing. Circumstances are temporary, but we should keep our laughter permanent.

This is a panacea and a surefire remedy. Nowadays, such clubs are also in vogue, where people are given the message of living a positive life by using laughter as therapy. Laughter exercises the muscles of the mouth. Blood circulation remains normal. Even animals and birds express their happiness through their gestures.

The life of such a person is only full of tension and burden, in which there is no time left to be happy and laugh. Irrespective of age, sex, and gender, everyone wants to laugh. Nowadays, many diseases are also treated through laughter therapy.

True, laughter is only a form of therapy that relieves the symptoms of all your diseases and makes you want to live a happy life. Bring out the hidden humor inside you and laugh freely, and then see how your present troubles become futile and how fast happiness runs in your life.

We should be careful not to crack jokes that are offensive to others. In fact, when developing our sense of humor, we should consider the context.
