Hola amiga @alisha-khan, un gusto saludarle y recibirla, me agrada mucho comer proteínas para no perder masa muscular y mantener la salud, cuando se que estaré fuera de casa, casi que almuerzo al desayunar, para no estar ansiosa y comprar chuchería, prefiero las frutas.
Los caminos de la vida durante mis 65 años cumplidos me han enseñado a enfocarme, salgo poco de mi casa, entonces cuando lo hago trato de hacer las diligencias necesarias.
El próximo domingo celebraremos el día de las madres y debía comprar varios obsequios, aproveché a comprar unas sandalias y unas gafas; a mi esposo le gusta ir al campo, lo acompaño y los necesito estos días el sol está muy intenso en Venezuela.
