Have you ever felt that your body is healthy every day .. the majority of you who read this will definitely answer no !! it seems impossible if you continue to feel healthy and fit every day, without feeling the name that is not good even though it is attacked by a disease, investigating whether a person is healthy or not is very dependent on lifestyle, schedule and daily work,

If your lifestyle is unhealthy, your schedule is busy, and you have a job that forces you to work too hard, of course you will never feel well every day.

Here are 7 ways I keep my body healthy every day

  1. Daily breakfast
    breakfast is one of the things I need to start a new day to stay healthy, unfortunately in this world many people don't eat breakfast, one of the reasons is because they are afraid of mules, in terms of breakfast it can provide energy and fuel so that the body remains optimal, besides that it is necessary keep in mind that breakfast can also help keep blood sugar levels stable

  2. Always Prioritize drinking water, not anything else
    plain water is the best and healthiest drink to maintain the body not without reason because the body is mostly made of water so you must drink water to keep the body hydrated, water is also very good for killing toxins in the body which are excreted through sweat or urine, therefore I try to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water every day

  3. Maintain a healthy diet
    every time I eat, I try to include as many fruits, vegetables and whole grains as possible in my diet, because if I maintain a proper diet, the nutrition that is given to the body will be fulfilled.

  4. Sports
    Consistent exercise every day is really needed to keep the body healthy and provide positive energy and body freshness, sports people are also very beneficial for the heart and lungs, usually I exercise 30 minutes every day so that the body continues to be healthy

  5. Sleep at a glance
    Healthy sleep affects physical and mental health because if you lack sleep it can have a negative impact on metabolism according to your heart or mood, stress and damage the heart, besides that enough sleep is also a momentum for the body to heal itself

  6. Do not smoke
    The substances in cigarettes are very dangerous for the body, so if you want to stay healthy every day, don't try to smoke, so the balance of immune hormones and energy in the body will be normal.

  7. Don't get stressed
    Life is hard, but don't let yourself sink into the difficulties that hit yourself so that you become stressed, because stress can cause various problems including making you fall sick, take a little time to rest and listen to relaxing songs so that your mind and body relax.
