Daily Contest #10 : What Are You Doing Today by @vickydear

Hello great steemians in the steemhealthcare community inside steemit, I believe and trust that our day was good and that all of us acheived our today's goal. I was invited by @goodybest to take part in this contest, so it is my pleasure to be among the participants of this contest. First of all I am grateful to the admin and moderators of this community @imamalkimas,@mudajuli and the moderators @ahyar92 @goodybest, and @lidiasteem. I will not forget to say a very big thank you to @ahyar92 who spend time to initiate this amazing contest.

What I DO TODAY

When I woke up

I woke up today by 6am because I slept late last night, after considering my daily Bible reading and communicating with my heavenly father Jehovah, I checked some publications online, the publications I checked are questions young people asked answers that work and what can the Bible teach us,then go through my steemit blog checked notification and checked for new contest,all these things was done while I'm still on my comfortable bed.

I got up from bed by 7:15am and went for a long walk ,yes I made 10,000 steps today. Walking is really a good form of exercise that's why I make walking my habit and always include it in my daily routine.
Walking daily is very good for me and everyone health, walking improves my fitness and help me to live a healthier life. Walking also help me to loose body fat and maintain a healthy weight, strengthen my bone and muscle and reduces stress in me.
Coming back from the walk I carried out my morning chores, I swept my room, wash some plates, took my bath and then had my breakfast.

Then about 9am I start my journey for today.
First I walked to the market since I am selling in the market, the market is not too far from where I live so I choose to take a walked. the name of the market am talking about is Itam market it is located along Calabar itu roads uyo .when I reached the market I opened my goods and attending to different customers.

Hmmmmm, today's market was not good as it used to be compared to other market days, but I still thank God because I did not go back home empty pocket.
While in the market I received a call from my sister, she said when I close from the market I should come to her house, so I closed from the market by 5pm and went to see her, we have gist and she later showed me how to used some important keys in steemit and encourage me to write my acheivement post of which I will write.
I couldn't go back to my house because it is already late in the evening.

Then I ate my dinner and ready to sleep.
