Greetings to all lovers of good health, in today's world, good personal hygiene is almost the talk of the time. You hear people talk about it as often as you hear them mention their names. It is really important especially at this time of the pandemic, that one keeps a good level of personal hygiene.

Hand washing is one of the simplest but most effective form of personal hygiene, as the pandemic keeps making wave across the globe, government, health agencies, concerned people hammer on the importance of constant and proper hand washing session.
A visit to many public places, you would see hand washing and sanitizing equipments placed in strategic places to encourage constant hand washing, a good and efficient hand washing session should be up to 20 seconds.

But do you ever wonder how such simple act as hand washing could have a positive effect on one's health if done properly and regularly? Here's the reasons why;

° The COVID-19 virus is transmitted via touch, touch is one of the major ways by which it is transmitted. That said, explains the reason why one should practice regular hand washing.
