Hello my fellow Steemitians from Steem Healthcare !! This is Sampat from India. This is my first post in Steem Healthcare.

I live in the city Kolkata (previously known as Calcutta). It is called the "City of Joy". The best thing among the people of Kolkata is the happiness and harmony. People from different religion, different region, different languages, different ethnicity, different color, different culture, different orientation - all lives here. They all live in peace. They know each-other, befriend with each-other, respect each-other and celebrate others' festival.
It it rightly said that in Kolkata you will find Hindus standing in queue to buy cake prepared by Muslim bakers from an Jewish cake shop to celebrate a Christian festival - Christmas !! Not limited to cake or pastry, Kolkata offers different foods from many regions across the world. You will find food from rosogolla (bengali) to chowmin (chinese) to dosa (tamil) to wara-pao (marathi) to dhokla (gujrati) to momo (sikkimise) to litti (bihari) to chena-poda (oriya) to chicken-bharta (punjabi) to biryani (mughal) to sawarma (lebanese) to bacon (british) to burger (american) to tacos (mexican) to pasta (italian) - literally everything !! Kolkata is a true replica of unity in diversity. Kolkata is also known for it's passion for football. The city host two century-old football club - Mohunbagan and East-bengal.
