The efficacy of this spice cannot be doubted, ginger is useful for preventing aging and anti-cancer, relieving pain during menstruation, lowering blood glucose and cholesterol that is too high, warding off bacterial and virus infections, relieving muscle aches, relieving morning sickness, overcoming digestive problems, and strengthen the immune system. A strong immune system is one of the properties that my mother told me, it can be seen from the content of vitamin C and magnesium, these ingredients make it help the body to strengthen the immune system.
