Hi friends of Steem Healthcare, how are you today? Of course you are okay right? I always hope that we are all in the protection of God Almighty, and always given good health to all of us.

Well, on this occasion, I will write here in this SteemHealthcare Community, to participate in Contest #4, with the theme "Your bad habits for health", and this is a great contest. I'm sure people will follow suit. Especially considering the size of the prize, I don't think anyone will miss this great competition opportunity. And hopefully many steemians will enliven great contests as we feel today. May be useful.

First chapter: "Bad habit for my health."


Talking about how the health of the human body is a natural thing to be discussed by every medical expert or health expert. However, here I am not an expert in health sciences, so I am only talking on the smallest bad side. For example, lazy to take a shower in the morning or take a shower at night. That is a serious matter that often happens to lazy human habits. But it is true, the morning shower is very necessary because humans will be refreshed if they take a shower in the morning. It is recommended for body health, bathing in the morning after dawn, or at dawn. But the bad behavior is when we take a shower at night, and it will cause various diseases, such as pneumonia and others. We should take a shower before maghrib, or better at 16.00 or 17.00 because at that time our bodies still need good freshness for our bodies. So the smallest thing (showering) must also be considered properly.

So if we talk about body health, it may be endless. Because the health of the body is the main key in everything in life. We often see around us, that the bad effects on health are many things and have many causes, and it will never end to be studied and observed.

But if people ask me what activities have a negative impact on my health, then I will answer properly and correctly, namely I often sleep late at night, and I often spend the night when I stay up late with instant noodles, coffee, and cigarettes.

Second chapter: "Sleeping late and losing control."


Sleeping at night should have an effective and positive time for the human body, which is from 21.00 to 5.00 in the morning. Only 8 hours are needed by humans to rest. But for me it wasn't, and I often spent the night staying up late, until the morning. That's my bad habit. And it will make me a bad influence on my health. I currently have insomnia. And I am slowly changing my sleep pattern. And I believe that one day I will be able to live a lifestyle that is good for myself and for the health of my body.

In addition to staying up late at night, I also often eat instant noodles (Pop Mie), and smoke up to tens of cigarettes. Especially with coffee, and it's not to be missed.

So come to think of it, there are still a lot of wrong lifestyles that I do. And I often eat late because I'm not on time. Such as breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything is irregular I do. I often have breakfast at 10.00, and sometimes lunch is often not on time, and dinner is also the same, I sometimes eat dinner at 20.00 or 21.00, and it is very bad for our health, and my body is also fat, and now I am getting fatter , probably due to eating late and staying up late at night non-stop.

It's true, I lost control of my health, especially staying up late at night. Because all this time I lost control at night, it all happened because I wrote a lot. I'm an amateur writer, so I often write late at night because for me it's better to write at night, looking for good ideas. Especially at around 3.00 or 4.00 in the morning, there I will get a lot of good ideas for a writing or for a writing work. Since I was in college, I often spent the evenings writing short stories or poetry. And now, I write on my blog like on the Steemit platform and so on.

Chapter three: "How to improve and maintain health for yourself."


In the life of every human being, everyone needs an increase in health so that life becomes better. So for me is I try to increase my metabolism to be better, improve health and maintain all my eating and sleeping patterns, I want my body to be healthy, and away from various diseases. I'm trying to make my life healthier, by running in the morning to sweat it out, and by changing my diet, getting regular sleep, and quitting smoking. I have to quit smoking slowly.

How can I change my bad lifestyle for the better? Guys, Now I've been trying to run early in the morning until I sweat. Or sometimes I row my bike in the morning. I did it for only one hour, from 07.00 to 8.00 am. I cycle around the city of Lhokseumawe, or by the beach, and it will make me fresher because I sweat a lot.

And now I will try to change my bad sleep pattern for the better for my health. Sometimes I try to go to bed early, and wake up in the morning to pray. And I try to write in the morning at 6.00 until I finish writing. In my opinion, in the morning after a shower will make our bodies fresh and our brains will work well. Writing in the morning after taking a shower will make writing better and more organized. Maybe I think so, my friends.

And the last is to reduce fatty foods, and avoid absorbing too much nicotine into the body. It will harm our body.

Of all my explanations above about the "bad influence on the health of the body" is about myself. Because at this time I am also experiencing irregular activities and lifestyle for my health. So in conclusion, I will take care of my health for the better now and in the future. Because our bodies will age slowly, so take care of your health both for yourself and the health of all of us. Actually health is very expensive, and it's true.
