Natural remedies that I use regularly are👇

Alovera	Justicia Carnea	Lemon grass	Sent leaf

NOW LET ME EXPLAIN THEM ONE BY ONE

1.* Alovera

Alovera is one of the best natural medicine for all stomach upset, like stomach pain, feeling bloated, feeling of nusea and Ulcer

How to prepare it for stomach challenges

It is easy to prepare, get 2 or 3 leaves of Alovera ,wash it very well ,cut it in picies and boil it very well, allow it cool down, drink 1 glass in the morning and 1 glass in the evening

Alovera is also very good for external wood like diabetics wood,it is good for the face and on the face it has 2 different work, cleansing of the face and reduce stress.

How to use it for external treatment

Get 2 or 3 picies of Alovera and remove all the gell inside and apply it on the wound regularly,it helps to heal the wound,as for the face it is the same way then apply it on your face carry it for 10 to 20 minutes and wash it out, for the stress apply it on face also and carry it as much as you can

2.* Justicia Carnea

Justicia Carnea popularly known as blood of Jesus in my area is very very good ti build blood count,it purifies the blood,iti good fir dizziness we drink it my house almost every day,we have many ways nof preparing it

For juice, what you need it to di is to get the quantity you need wash it very well, squeeze it to get the juice,mix it with a Tin of mill and enjoy your drink, you can also cook it with lemon grass and the back of pineapple , ginger, garlic for treatment of Malaria , Typhoid and body body etc

3.* Sent leaf

Sent leaf is very good for skin problems when you boil it and bath with it, for children with boils all over their body you give them the boil sent leaf to drink and bath them with it, you drink Sent leaf any time of the day,sent leaf is good for tooth ache, just get some leaf, roast it on the fire small, squeeze it to get the juice and apply it on the affected place,it will kill the bacteria that is causing the pain because tooth ache is caused by bacteria, you also prepare it the same way for running Nose especially running Nose with blood, this time you will inhale it,In my house we cook with sent leaf every day because it has a lot of health benefits, you can also make more research on sent leaf

4.* Lemon grass

Drinking of lemon grass every day keep Doctors away because it surpreses the growth of bacteria,it has antioxidant properties,it helps in menstrual flow,it takes care of pain and many more,it is simple to prepare, get leafs the quantity you want wash it and boil it for 5 to 10 minutes, drink a glass in morning preferably empty stomach and a glass in the evening,it is for everyone

Conclusion

In conclusion am encouraging everyone here to have all this natural remedies/ medicine in your garden, they serve as first aid any time you need them and you will prevent a lot of chronic diseases because prevention is cheaper than cure.
