Give your smile to the world, and it will smile back at you.

A wonderful day to all #steemhealthcare. I hope we all doing great here. This is @hae-ra again, just want to share my best smiles with you.

In my own conceptual knowledge, we had different reasons why we smile.

👉 We smile because we are happy.
👉 We smile because we don't want others to see our sadness.
👉 We smile because we want others to be happy.
👉 We smile because others smile at you.

But whatever it is, smile has a lot of benefits to our health.

👉 FACE. Smile can make your facial expression to change it's mood quickly. It can make your face looks bloomy and fresh. Nerves of the face is the first to react when you smile.

👉 MIND. Smile can nourish the mind, especially when you are occupied of something, try to smile for a while, it would make your head wash the pain.

👉 HEART. One of these, is to have a healthy heart, because when you smile, it connects to the nerves of every part of the body and heart is one the most reactor when you smile. So if you always smile, you have a healthy heart.

👉 BEAUTY. Smile can make you more beautiful and pretty inside out. Try to make an angry face, or else you would become ugly forever. It can also make you have a baby face.

👉 ATTITUDE/ BEHAVIOR. Smile is also a reflection to your attitude and behavior or characteristics. And being in a bad behavior can damage your nerves.

👉 BODY. Smile can make your body move and could even make you dance. Try to talk to each other while smiling, your body would suddenly move automatically.

👉 STRESS RELIEVER. Try to be alone in a room, and be an over thinker. You become stress right? Especially when you're thinking for nothing. But try to exercise your mood with a smile, and you would feel relieved, or something like this, like you've been from work and you're stressed. Just try to look at the mirror and smile. We know that stress is not good to our health, so just maintain your smile, to minimize stress.

Sometimes we do this silent or invisible smile:

It is a smile that comes from your heart and mind, it is also an invisible smile. You feel it, but you don't show it.

If we are going to calculate all of this, smiling is a lot beneficial for the whole parts of the body as we already know that smile or laughter is the best medicine. So whatever happens, let's just put a little smile on our face.

These are the health benefits of smiling that I got from other source:

👉 Improved Mood. Smiling releases endorphins which helps a person feel happier and positive.
👉 Pain Relief. A good laugh can relieve body aches and pains.
👉 * Lower Blood Pressure*. Smiling can lead to an immediate increase in heart rate and oxygen consumption and a muscle relaxation.
👉 Stronger Immune System. Smiling helps boost immune system. It increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies.
👉 *Stress Reliever. Smiling activates and relieves stress response. It lower heart rates compared to those who weren't smiling.
👉 Better relationships. If you smile, you have a better chance at building and maintaining relationships and communication with people.
