ZOBO DRINK

It's one of the popular traditional drink in my country and it's loved by everyone because it taste nice and had plenty health benefits.

INGREDIENT

• zobo leaf

SECONDARY INGREDIENTS

• Pineapple

• Ginger

• Garlic

• Vitamin C seed

• Elephant grass

• Water

These are secondary ingredients that can be added to zobo to get the pleasant taste.

HOW TO PREPARE THIS HEALTHY DRINK

Wash zobo leaf, and put in the pot, wash and cut elephants grass small small and put in the pot,wash pineapple and grate everything including the back of it and put in the pot,wash ginger and garlic and grate it still put in the pot, wash vitamin c seed and put in the pot, then put water and cook for 30minuites

Then filter it, when it is cold you drink or put in the fridge for it to be cold and drink as you like.
