The main reason we have to smile is that lengthen our lifespan.

Stress can change us, and is always shows in our faces. Smiling stops us from getting tired and reduce stress.

Smiling really help to bring down our blood pressure. It does this after decrease in heart rate and breathing.there is nothing wrong in trying this at home.

Smiling releases natural hormones that helps in reducing pain. Smiling is the key to some of the health problem.
