Hello good day to all of you . My name is Apple and I used fruityapple00 as my username here on Steemit and I am from Cebu , Philippines . Thank you to @shc-curator for initiating this beautiful topic and contest and also thank you @ahyar92 for mentioning me and inviting me for this contest , I do really appreciate it!
One of my favorite natural home remedies that I usually drink everytime when I get sick or even having a gas and bloating stomach is GINGER and make it a Ginger Tea . I also drink it everyday for maintaining my body slim and look sexy 😂 because everytime I drink ginger tea I can’t feel hungry .

I also used this as to cure my cough and my treatmeant everytime I have nausea and my stomach get upset . This ginger tea is the reason that helps me to regulate my period and it is really effective.
I also bought ginger powder before but I didn’t like it . It’s better better to use the pure ginger because it is more a lot of benefits and taste good than the powder.
Ginger is very beneficial for our health. Ginger is also may help , lower blood plessure , lower cholesterol , improve blood circulation , relieve heartburn , can regular menstuation , antioxidant rich , reduce gas and bloating stomach , nausea and it is also an antibacterial properties make it effective against fever , cough and other symptoms. It is also can strengthen your immunity and stress .
HOW TO MAKE GINGER TEA?
- Clean the ginger first but in my case after cleaning it using a cleal water I peel it first but it’s ok if you don’t want to peel it but make it sure you clean the ginger very well
- slice your fresh ginger thinly (4-5 slice is good)
- In a saucepan , Add the ginger that you sliced and add also water ( if you are the only person will drink ginger tea then just add 1 glass of water if 4 persons the it would be 4 glass of water)
- Simmer it for five minutes , if you want extra strong tea then you can simmer it for at least up to 10 minutes.
- When it’s already done , pour the tea through a fine sieve to catch all of the ginger, if desired you can served it with a thin slice round of lemon for some complimentary acidity and you can also add honey syrup if you want sweet flavor . In my case I’d rather to drink pure ginger alone ! :)
- Serve it when it’s still hot !
And by the way Also add a coffee for my ginger tea :) A GINGER COFFEE TEA and it’s really good 😌😘. I hope you gonna try it soon.!
