Tell me about natural remedies/traditional medicines that you often use by @favour216

The world is revolving and the medical sector is also improving but not withstanding we all have one or two traditional medicine we use to treat some minor aliments which we are familiar with.
I grew in the South West region of Nigeria and we have a variety of traditional medicines used by both young and old, male and female. I want to talk about a particular medicine which is a combination of Bitter leaf and Scent leaf. The medicine is the drink gotten from Bitter leaf and Scent leaf.
This medicine is commonly used in my family, it is a very common medicine because the plants are easily found and not difficult to cultivate.

To process this medicine, the bitter leaves and scent leaves are harvested, it is advisable to get a lot of them so as to get enough drink from it. Once it is harvested, the leaves have to rinsed and cleaned with clean water. To is to avoid contamination of the medicine.

After doing this, get a blender to blend the leaves, do not add too much water.

Blender the leaves very well. Sieve the drink to separate the leaves and boom the medicine is ready.

This medicine is usually used to treat diarrhea, pile, stomach upset. To treat diarrhea a cup of this medicine is enough, the same applies to pile and stomach upset. This medicine can also be used to treat measles, you just have to add palm oil to the medicine and the person will rub it on their body. This medicine is very effective and not difficult to process and use.

It had also been medical proven that the bitter leaf and scent leaf drink is very effective for treating pile and diarrhea. You can try this medicine whenever you have such minor aliments, it's is very safe and effective.
