Hello and good morning to you all, I hope you all had a wonderful night sleep. Because mine was good and chilly.
So guys, today I want to share with you my favorite exercise, and I am sure you will get and learn something from it.
My favorite exercise is Jogging. This is my favorite because it has always been something I love and enjoying doing.
You know as a footballer that I am, I always love this jogging because it helps me a lot especially when am on the pitch.
Jogging helps you breathe well, it also helps the heart perform it functions respectively. And by that I mean breathing, oxygen flow in the body.
Jogging also helps in body flexibility especially for dancers and you know all athletes.
It helps keep your body balance when you are carrying out any sporting activity; like running, playing soccer and to mention but a few.
It is best done or carried out in the morning hours, and then you can add it up with some walk out just to keep you balance.
There is other exercise you can do and still enjoy it like; weight lifting, press up. You know, there are still good exercise.
If you have not been exercising then you are missing out, and I would love to ask you to join me in the world of exercise and see the change that follows as well.
You can start today, it’s never too late for you to exercise, please make up your mind today.
I would love to call it a day here today and I hope you start exercising today if you were not doing that.
