My favorite exercise i has improved my growth and i will like to share with you my favorite exercise.

We know that in this earth that 30% of people living in this earth are not physically fit. There are many reason why people are like that. But, the most reason is lack of exercise. Some people find it difficult to exercise, even me i sometime find it difficult to exercise.
Exercise
Exercise is the act of being physically fit, which helps to improve our growth and other body cells, for a functional body. Exercise is the best way of being healthy. So in my part i like push up. This is one of exercise done mostly by the world.
Push Up
Push up is the act of keeping your two hands and two leg oppostite to the floor. In some ways one hand and two leg are kept linear to the floor. Push up has many benefit. pushups are beneficial for building upper body strength. They work the triceps, pectoral muscles, and shoulders. When done with proper form, they can also strengthen the lower back and core by engaging (pulling in) the abdominal muscles. Pushups are a fast and effective exercise for building strength.
I like this exercise because it has made me to have a normal weight. It has also made me to be smart and has given me some techniques in dealing with people. I practiced it early in the morning whenever i woke up from bed. This is because by that early morning i still have chanced. So, after that time i will be busy and will not have time for Push up. So it will take me down to pull up.

We can see that in this our world. Men are the most people who practiced pull up, and it is one of the best healthy exercise that scientist has researched. Because it makes our joint flexible. Pull up has many benefit and they include.
Strengthen the back muscles
Strengthen the arm and shoulder muscles
Improve grip strength
Improve overall body strength and fitness level.
Improve physical health
Improve mental health.
This is my most desired one because it five me tough time to have a 10 count but now i am glad that i can have 25 count. It has mad me to be flexible. Because i broke my hands but through this exercise i have stop feeling the pain and it has made me to flexible.

Pull Up the best exercise ever done in the world
Swimming
We also know that 99% of water are filled in this earth. Land are just filled. So, as a person who was brought up from river villages and state. So i like that exercise because it has made me to have the knowledge of how fish swim. It has also made me to be sharp. I swim almost once a week, and when i also traveled to my hometown, i swim almost 5 times a week. Benefit of swimming are as followed.
Keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body
Builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness
*Helps maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs"
Tones muscles and builds strength
Being a relaxing and peaceful form of exercise
alleviating stress
Improving coordination, balance and posture
improving flexibility
Providing good low-impact therapy for some injuries and conditions
Providing a pleasant way to cool down on a hot day.
