MY FAVOURITE VEGETABLES ARE:

  1. CARROTS

Carrot is a vegetable that a nutritious, sweet, juicy, root that is often orange in colour. It's also called carrot orange. I like carrot because is high in Vitamin C, vitamin K and potassium. Carrot can be prepared in many ways for both local and intercontinental dishes.
BENEFITS OF CARROTS
√ Carrot is a good source of antioxidants because it's rich in vitamins, mineral and fiber
√ Carrots helps in vision because it contains Vitamin A.
√. Carrot juice can kill leukemia cells or slow or stop their activities in the body
√. Carrot contains beta-carotene for the skin.

Spinach is an edible green plant. Spinach helps to reduce the risk of chronic diseases. I like it because of its nutritional value which consists of Vitamin C, Vitamin K, beta carotene and lutein.

BENEFITS OF SPINACH
√. It prevents cancer
√ It aids great weight loss
√ It keeps the body relaxed
√ It aids good bones and reduces blood sugar.

Garlic is a plant related to the onions family, having a pungent bulb that i s used in cooking or can eaten raw. I like it because Garlic is loaded with managese, vitamin C, vitamin B6, antioxidants and allicin.
BENEFITS OF GARLIC
√. It lowers cholesterol.
√ It reduces the risk of heart disease.
√ Garlic improves memory and improves the skin
√ Garlic is used for cold and flu
√ It improves memory and better blood pressure.

  1. RED CABBAGE

Red cabbage is a form of cabbage having red leaves. It belongs to the cruciferous family of vegetables. I like because Red cabbage is rich in anthocyanins form of plants and it's nutritional value includes vitamin C, fiber, vitamin k, calcium, riboflavin, thaimine, etc
BENEFITS OF RED CABBAGE
√. It helps fight inflammation which contributes to many disease.
√. It promotes heart health
√ Red cabbage strengthen the bones and prevent cancer
√. It prevents certain cancers.

  1. SWEET POTATOES

It's a tuber plant eaten as vegetable. I like it because has a light orange colour, sweet in taste and has very impressive nutritional value like manganese, Vitamin B6, fiber, potassium etc
BENEFITS OF SWEET POTATOES
√ It's high in beta-carotene which reduces cancer rate
√. It helps prevent vitamin A deficiency
√ Sweet potatoes can manage diabetes and also help manage stress.
√ Sweet can guide ulcersand reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

Green are considered to be starchy vegetables and these means they have higher amount of carbs and calories than non starchy vegetables. I like it because of it nutritional value consists of riboflavin, thiamine, niacin, folate, vitamin C, K and A.

BENEFITS OF GREEN PEAS
√. It helps in digestive health
√. It helps in immune health and inflammatory properties.
√ It controls blood sugar.
√. It's good for eye sight.

  1. MORINGA

MORINGA is a very good medicinal green plant. It nutritional value includes amino acids, vitamins and minerals.
BENEFITS OF MORINGA
√ It protects and nourishes the hair and skin
√ It fights against bacteria, viral and fungi diseases.
√ It treats mood disorders
√ It prevents cancer.
