My favorite exercises and benefits of them @beautybb 8/7/21

I am so happy about this contest.

Because it gives me the opportunity to talk about myself and trust me am going to express my whole self when it comes to workouts and how i have benefited from it.

List of my workouts

Squats.

Sometimes ago my tummy started growing so big and my bumbum started shrinking and i was worried like so worried.

So i started squatting workout,i realized during the workout that is not just to build my hips but there are so many benefits in squatting exercise.

Benefits of squatting

  • It Strengthens your core.

  • It helps reduce the risk of injury.

  • It helps to crushes calories.

  • It Strengthens the muscles of your lower body.

  • It boosts athletic ability and strength.

    The reason why i love squatting most is that you can do it anywhere,like me i do it in my house and i get the effects.

Consistency is the key,once your consistent squatting will build your hip and give you a nice shape.

Plank.

This is my second exercise i love.

Because it also helps me to burn down fat.

Before starting exercise after my traditional marriage i grow from 70kg to 85kg i was so big.

Planking was one of the workouts that helped me burn down to 70kg,and i became so happy.

Tho planking workout is not too easy because the best results comes only when you get the good position for planking.

Plank strengthens your spine, your rhomboids and trapezius, and your abdominal muscles, which naturally result in a strong posture as they grow in strength. Developing your posture can improve on a number of ailments, and prevent the onset of other ones. Good posture means you're keeping your bones alignedsource

Skipping.

Skipping is a very good workout and it has so
benefits.

Before i started working out,my legs where so heavy because i have what they call yam leg,i have big legs, and i was very heavy with weight.

Immediately i started skipping from 10-100 honestly i felt so relieved,both in my breathing and body.

In conclusion i say that exercise is very good to the health,because it helps to build the hormones,it helps to glow the skin,it improves our quality of sleep.

We can't underestimate the benefits of exercises.
