Hello friends, how are you all? I hope you are all well. Friends, today I will discuss with you about a very nice physical exercise. First of all, I would like to thank you @goodybest for organizing such a beautiful competition. I have put push ups in its place. Friends, I will share with you why I like this exercise and its benefits.

Push up is an exercise we all know. We always like it because its effectiveness is very authentic. It has real results so we can definitely give priority to this exercise over other exercises. After sweating for hours in the gym, many people do not see much change, but if you can do this exercise at home for only 7 days in the right way and at the right time, then you will definitely get good results. And this is why I prefer this exercise.

The benefits of this exercise:

The whole body is exercised: After push up exercises result in pressure on the muscles of our whole body. It benefits the whole body. It also strengthens the shoulders, arms, back, legs and hands. Moreover push ups help to increase muscle mass.

The flesh maintains muscle density.: As we age, the density of the flesh tends to decrease. As a result, more energy is required to do heavy work. And push ups work as an effective exercise for this type of problem. Increases.

Push ups heal our whole body when we practice push ups. Then the weight of our whole body carries every muscleIt straightens the spine and puts pressure on the abdomen and chest and has many benefits.

There is no rush in doing push ups. It is a very quiet exercise and very effective and so if we do this exercise we can't rush in any way as it will cause blood pressure to go out and any accident can happen so we have to be aware of this.

In addition to the above benefits, push-ups also have the ability to eliminate body fat. Push-ups will automatically cut fat from the body, but you have to give push-ups in the right way.The right time to give push ups is between 5-6 am. You should not give more push ups in a day in a hurry because you must pay attention to the strength of the body.You first do 10 push up and then increase the push up to 1 set every day one set means 2 push up. Increase as much as you can.
