Today I will be introducing my healthy food and showing the ingredients, benefits and step to prepare it.
My healthy food today is BOILED POTATO AND SCRAMBLED EGGS.
INGREDIENTS:
•Potatoes
Benefits
~potatoes helps to prevent vitamin A deficiency.
~potatoes contains anti-inflammatory activities.
~potatoes can help to prevent the risk of cancer.
•Eggs
Benefits
~eggs is a good source of vitamin D
~eggs contain the highest quality of protein
~eggs improve the level of good cholesterol in the body.
•Tomato
Benefits
~tomato help maintain strong bone
~tomato are good for your heart
~tomato provide essential antioxidants
•pepper
Benefits
~pepper are low in calories.
~an excellent source of vitamin A and c
•Onions
Benefits
~it gives you good vision
~it gives you healthy bond
•salt
•vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS:
1.clean your potatoes and cut into bite able size.
2.put the potato in a clean pot,add water and a pinch of salt then boil for 15 minutes.
3.chop your tomatoes and peppers.
4.chop your onions.
5.break and whisk your eggs.
6.pour 1 cooking spoon of vegetable oil and add the onions.
7.Fry your onions for 2 minutes.
8.Add your tomatoes and peppers.
9.Add salt to taste
10.Whisk your eggs and add into the sauce.
11.wait for 2 minutes for it to firm up
12.scrambled your eggs
