What is a wet sweater?

Kennel Cough is an infection dogs living close together spread. That's why it's cold "kennel".

I never had a dog with this disease or ever met one. My dogs are not vacvinated by the way.

All we humans frequently try is to offer help but the thing is we are not all specialists and frequently specialist have no clue what they are doing either. :(
