Hello friends, I hope you are all well. I am also well because of the infinite mercy of God. Once again, I come to you to participate in this amazing topic of the fifth week of the Steemit Engagement Challenge. Through today's challenge, I will share with you about Steem, Say no to animal abuse.

What does the expression "Don't disturb our habitat" mean?

Just as a man feels most comfortable and secure in his own home, so do other animals in the world feel most secure in their own home. But we see that humans destroy the habitats of animals for their own interests.

Animals have the right to stay in their habitat, like us they cannot protest or resist their habitat but they suffer a lot from it when we disturb them . We have no right to destroy another animal's habitat. Because animals have a family just like you and me.

If someone harms and wants to destroy our family, we can never accept it, just like animals never want to let their habitat be disturbed. Birds live in trees but we cut down trees for our needs due to which their habitat is disturbed. Hence it is said to those who treat them unjustly, "Do not disturb our habitat."

Yes it is true that where animals are supposed to be loved, I have seen a lot of animal abuse around me. This is especially happening due to lack of human compassion towards animals. I feel very bad when I see animals being abused around me.

Dogs and cats are seen being beaten and when they come to someone for food they are not given food but instead hit and driven away. Birds are kept in cages day after day for no reason, because of which many birds die in captivity, which is really unfair.

But I think the biggest reason why people treat animals like this is because animals are looked down upon in our society. When a human being is tortured, other humans realize it but when animals are tortured, humans do not realize it. In this we can see that the sympathy towards animals is less seen in humans due to which these cruel behaviors of humans are seen.

Is there a real form of legal approach taken by your country's government that regulates human actions towards animals? How is it formed? Explain

Like other countries, our country also has laws passed by the government which regulate human action towards animals. Sundarban is the biggest forest of our country. A few years ago, hunters were continuously hunting tigers, elephants, deer and other animals in this forest, when this matter came to the attention of the government, they were all brought under the law. Since then, many laws have been enacted in our country for cruelty to animals, where jail terms and fines have been enacted for the accused.

If you had to come up with a slogan to stop animal abuse, what would it be?

---

If I had to come up with a slogan to stop animal abuse it would be "Stop abusing animals and love them because they are living beings like us.".

Many people in our society look down on animals. So I want to give this slogan so that people can realize that animals are also living beings like us, they also eat food, they also breathe, they also have rights in this world. By developing love and harmony among all, we can make the world a suitable habitat for all.
