Oh no! What a sad story!
It is wonderful that he was found and rescued, but it is terrible that he is living in this small cage.
I agree with you, he should be out in the wild or at a Zoo if he cannot cope with being in the wild. It is scary that the authorities have not picked it up and taken him out of his misery.

I agree that this animal should be cared for in a zoo considering that it has been taken care of by humans since infancy. It takes good training to return it to the forest.
Hopefully he will again find his destiny.
