Whose topic is very interesting. I am very happy to write this today. I am starting my competition with some questions asked in this.

• Habitat is the place where animals exist. That used to be their home. A place where they get the things they need to survive including shelter, food, and water. All animals and their babies need a place to rest. They like their place of residence according to their nature. Some animals live in forests and some animals live as pets. All animals make their place to live.

• The meaning of this idiom is that we should not harm their place of residence. They don't want to bother us. They also have to be allowed to live freely. We do not have to cut trees in the forests. Many animals live in the forests. That's why we have to save their habitat. If someone snatches our house from us, then we also do not like it, then they also do not like to be without their house. They also need a place to rest to live.

• Animals have great importance in our life. Animals are found around us and in the forests. Animals in our life are very important for the environment. But I have seen many times in recent times that animals are tortured in many places. I have seen that many people take monkeys to show them the game. And use them accordingly. To show this game, they hold them with many things.

• Such animals are also caught in the circus. Which is used to show the game in the circus. Such animals are kept in cages. I have seen at many places that snake charmers also catch animals like snakes. If someone does this to us and takes away our freedom, then how do we feel . If animals are locked in a cage, then we will consider it as torture. Because if someone locks us in a cage, then it is not good for us either.

• Many people unnecessarily hunt animals. These people do this for their short time entertainment, it is not a good thing. It is not a good thing to torture animals who cannot even speak or say anything. Many people in the village when the dog comes to the house to find some food. So they kill him too and make him run away. It was an atrocity. Dogs are very loyal. They used to come to our place just to satisfy their hunger and we kill them. This is not our good behavior towards animals.

• If anyone tortures animals in our country of India, then legal action is taken. In our country, The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act (1960) applies to all people. But then many people torture animals due to lack of law knowledge. Many people kill animals unnecessarily. But all those who commit these atrocities are punished for 2 or 5 years in our country. In our country, catching and killing any animal is considered a legal offense.

• Indian Wild Life Act has been passed in the year 1972 for atrocities on animals. This law was passed to prevent the hunting of wild animals, trade like meat and skin. After amending this law in 2003, this law was named the Indian Wildlife Protection Act 2002. After this, many such laws have spread which are used to punish the cruelty of animals. It is considered a crime to keep any animal tied with a chain or rope. The person who does this is also punished.

• Many such laws have been made in recent times. Which is punished for the atrocities on animals. In our country, the atrocities on animals are also given jail and a fine has to be paid. Many people keep animals in their homes. But many people misbehave with them, so this is also considered a crime in our country. According to sections 428 and 429 of the Indian Penal Code, if any person kills any animal and causes it to be cast, then he has to be punished for two years or pay a fine.

• DON'T TIE ANY ANIMAL IN A CAGE, LET THEM ALSO FLY IN THE OPEN SKY, THEY ARE DEFINITELY SPEECHLESS BUT THEY ALSO HAVE HEARTS, SO LET THEM ALSO CONNECT.

• Suggesting this thing, I would like to say that it is not a good thing to keep any animal tied in a cage. By behaving like this, we take away their freedom from them. He cannot speak with his tongue but he also has a heart. They also have the desire to connect without missing out on freedom. They also have a desire to live in the open sky and to eat the air of the spring. If someone has tied us in a room, then we cannot come out even for a day. We start feeling suffocated.

• Similarly, if animals are also kept in cages, then they too must be suffocating. They too must have had the desire to live their lives freely. That's why we don't have to keep animals in captivity. They also have the right to live their life freely. He can't speak but we are humans so we can understand his feelings. That's why don't torture any animal. We have to show our love towards animals. If we live with them like a friend, then they also become our good company.
