Asalamualikum everyone! Happy Friday to all.
Today's my Drawing "A Sketch of Red Butterfly"

Materials :

Thick green paper
Red pointer and Red marker

Process:

Step 1:

I Started with a small oval for the head and a longer oval connected below it for the thorax.Then I sketched an elongated shape for the abdomen.

Step 2:

In the next step i drew the forewing by creating a large, triangular shape and have a slightly curved and scalloped outer edge.
Then I drew the hindwing below the forewing, creating a smaller shape that connects to the body.

Step 3:

Here I added more detail to the wings by refining their outlines and added upper wing that curve on the top edge and a wavy bottom edge.

Step 4:

In this step I drew two antennae extending from the head, gently curving outward.Also I added details to the body by drawing lines.

Step 5:

Here I enhanced the outline of the wings with additional patterns.

Final Step :

In the last step I used darker marker to finalize the butterfly’s outlines, making the structural and textural details more prominent.
