Animal Contest: Tell us about animal transport
Backed in the past before the invention of vehicles, airplanes, motorcycles ships, and other means of transportation that are in use today, it was animals that people were using to transport themselves today things has changed. In this post, I have talked about animal transport in my area as organized by @solaymann.
In my area animal transport is not existing. Here in my area people don't transport themselves using animals and since I have been in the area I haven't seen anyone transporting him/herself using an animal.
My area doesn't have means of animal transport, but we have other means of transportation which are airplanes, vehicles, motorcycles, ships, and bicycles which people use mainly for sports purposes.
Yes, I think animal transportation is legal in some places in Nigeria people are still using animals to transport themselves from one place to another. Animal transportation has been in existence for decades now even before the invention of the modern means of transportation we are using now.
In England, and other countries animal transportation is legally recommended. However, it is not all animals that are used for transportation, but a few which are animals like Horses, Donkey, and Camel are legal to be used as transportation rt.
No, I do not think the use of animals as transport should be stopped reason being that even before the invention of modern means of transportation animal transportation was in use before now.
Another reason why it shouldn't be stopped is that there are some places where modern means of transportation can not go or do but animal transport can go to such places and do those things modern transportation can not do.
Finally, another transport is cheaper which doesn't require us to spend money on maintaining the animals like we do when it comes to vehicles. It does not need the services of a mechanic before it can move once it is well fed then the animal can go anywhere.
The transportation that can be used instead of animals should be the following under-listed means of transportation that are faster than the use of animals.
- Vehicles
- Airplanes
- Motorcycle
- Ship
Those mentioned above, are faster than animal transport, which there should be used.
