Greetings steemian friends.
I feel so glad seeing this interesting topic. I am very happy to express how our bad treatment to animals around has been eating me up. Thanks to this wonderful community, thanks to the steem it team for such an initiative of the engagement challenge, keep reading down as I share friends.
We are all animals, the only difference is that, we are social and higher animals while they are classified as lower animals, for the fact that we have dominion over them has given us right of mistreatment. We must know that these animals breathe, they feel hungry, they cry. The only thing they can't do is to speak and that is the more reason why we should say no to animal abuse.
What does the expression "Do not disturb our habitat" mean?
The expression is very straight forward and clear, habitat is a space or an environment where living beings lives, these environment they live in consist of natural endowment and it is meant for living things to enjoy. A man as an higher animals tends to disturb the habitat that is meant for enjoyment and at such process it can affect animals living around the environment.
By the time the habitat is been affected, it becomes very difficult for living animals to cope for a survival. An example is when the bushes are burnt, bushes are meant for animals to live in because most of these animals feeds on grasses and sand but when the soil and grases are gone, it will be very difficult for them to survive it.

Yes of course! Animals maltreatment is very common especially in my side. In my part of the world, most people don't take good care of their domestic animals, these animals are most times abandoned which is very bad.
Naturally I don't like dogs around me so one of my neighbors have a dog in his house, dogs are seen as securities specialy at night. My neighbor feeds the dog only when he is around, he goes to work and come back late in the night and unfortunate for the dog, the dog eats only in the morning.
I have seen a situation where a pig was chased and stoned to death because the owner could not take good care of the pig and allowed it to wonder around without food. The pig had no option than to at anything it sees in the farm especially crops.
Is there an actual form of legal approach taken by the government of your country that regulates human actions towards animals? How is it formed? Explain.
In my part of the world Nigeria, I don't think there is an actual form of legal approach taken by the government to regulate human actions towards animals treatment because people don't care about animals around, we Nigerians sees the white as people who waste their time taking care of animals which is wrong.
If you had to come up with a slogan to stop animal abuse, what would it be?
"They have blood and breath too"
Yes the above statement would be my slogan to let people know that as far as you have blood running through your veins you deserve a special treatment so also the animals, they feel the pain and hotness we feel too. This topic has taught me a great lesson on how to treat animals.

That's right ! Burning bushes or forests is a narrowing of the habitat of animals that live there, intentionally or not! humans never care about their wrong actions and are at great risk to humans themselves.
