SEC S11W6 - "Together we will bring steem to the moon, the Steem of Animal Community will develop and will become an independent community with our support"

Steem greetings from the motherland-Cameroon to all animal lovers around the world on the Steemit ecosystem. It is the last week of the season 11 engagement challenge and I am happy to share with you my ideas regarding this week’s challenge.

Though I am not an animal lover especially keeping them at home I love visiting them at the park. Therefore, protecting them from extinction from the earth by humans is vital for future generations to know about these animals.

To further share more insights about the topic, I will base my opinion on the guiding questions below 👇 👇. I hope we all find pleasure in reading through.

Give your Opinions, Suggestions and Ideas for the growth of the Steem of Animals community.

As I earlier mentioned, animals need protection from extinction from the earth by humans for future generations to also learn and know more about these creatures. I think the Steem of Animals community is a venue to spread the message to the wider world on how important it is to protect these animals.

That said, so far, the community has proven to be up to the task of spreading the message across the Steemit platform on the importance of protecting animals' lives.

Just like any other community on the platform, I always believed in teamwork to achieve more success. I will suggest that teamwork should be at the center of the development of the community. It should not be a community where the founder or admin takes supremacy over the community when it starts to yield fruits.

Communication and collaboration with activists in other countries will also be beneficial to the growth of the community. For instance, creating city coordinators across different countries. Building a strong synergy will facilitate creating awareness across the globe via the coordinator's activities.

Work with fairness and transparency. We have witnessed situations where communities come up with good initiatives but the admin or founder has a hidden agenda to use others, grow the community account and later on power down and vanish. Their agenda was just to cheat the system, gather as much as they could and disappear, allowing members disappointed and sceptical to support any new community. I believe if community administrators work with fairness and transparency, they will gain more trust from members and they will eventually be willing to support community growth.

Do we deserve to grow and develop as the only community that cares about the sustainability of animal life?

Of course, every community with clear goals and vision deserves to grow across the platform. The Steem of Animals community has shown their commitment to creating awareness and sensitivity to the wider Steemit platform on the importance of protecting animals.

I usually say “Every life matters”. Just as we glamour human rights protection, animal life also matters and needs to be protected. With a community as Steem of Animals community, I believe that many perpetrators of animal abuse will learn about the need to protect these animals.

It was a good thought from the administrators to come out with a community as such on the Steemit platform. I wish the community had come to stay to sustain animal life.

Are we worth supporting?

Ooh yes, there cannot be sustainability without support. Support is vital for the growth of the community. We all know activists need lots of support both financial, material, mental support, etc to strive through.

This community needs a lot of activists' support, especially since fighting to protect animals' rights is not an easy task. To create enough awareness and do sensitisation campaigns needs a lot of support. Support makes activists' work easy.

What would you like to support us with?

For now, the only way I can support this community is to use my accumulated SP and vote on community posts. We all know the adage that “little drops of water will one day form an ocean”. From the little support, one day who knows, it will increase in future.

I can also support the community by resteeming important posts to increase visibility.

Lastly, I can use my other social media accounts to share some of the community posts to reach out to more audiences and also capture the minds of new activists.
