friends, how are you? I hope you are all well. I woke up at dawn this morning and I fasted. After that I went to pray. After praying I went for a walk in my fields. When you wake up in the morning, you get to see a beautiful scene and you get peace of mind. Morning walks keep you physically fit and refreshed. Man is saved from many diseases.
