[PC] Lobotomy Corporation: Manage Your Employees and Take Care of Monsters!
Lobotomy Corporation is an Monster Management Simulation game where you micromanage employees to take care of abysmal monsters to produce energy and keep the company running another day. Be careful though, one wrong move and well... there might not be a company to manage anymore.
After playing this game, I think it deserves a 8.5/10.
The basic focus of this game is to manage monsters, called Abnormalities, to meet the energy quota, also known as ‘Enkephalin,’ while re-containing any that escape. As the player successfully completes each day, the story delves into the mystery behind the corporation and answers the big questions. What are Abnormalities? Where do they come from? And why do we need to produce energy from them?
To complete each day, players need to assign one of four work types to employee to produce energy from Abnormalities. Different Abnormalities prefer different work types and each work type affects a different stat of your employee that increases their chances of survival.
- Instinct: Taking care of Abnormality’s physical needs; increases employee Bravery(HP)
- Insight: Improving Abnormality’s living conditions; increases employee Intelligence(SP)
- Attachment: Satisfies Abnormality’s social needs; increases employee Self-Control(Work Speed and Success Rate)
- Repression: Suppressing Abnormality’s needs; increases employee’s Justice (Movement Speed)
Be careful when you assign work to employees though. If they are not happy with their treatment, they WILL escape, and they WILL attack. Then it will be your job to re-contain them at the sacrifice of your employees.
